There has been no activity this period as the CIO has no assets and is not functioning at the moment.
In 2022 the Trustees along with our lawyers Edward Connor, submitted a Scheme to the Charities Commission to amend some of our documents and Deeds. These were approved by the Charities Commission in November 2022 & February 2023. We are now proceeding with implementing the Scheme and transferring the assets from the CUA to the CIO. Our aim is to complete this by 31st December 2023.
