| As a growing charity we need to be confident that we strive to meet changing student needs by eliciting feedback, promoting participation, building confidence, developing skills & encouraging self-reliance. do the best for students despite operational restraints. have the necessary policies to ensure both staff and students are kept safe Positive developments / outcomes included 1. We valued the opportunity to host teaching practice for Sunderland University PCET student ( MO). All round gains included- professional development, online & ICT skills, time release 2. Successful engagement of two consultants for teaching and volunteering / peer support projects. This is partly funded by Lottery grant. |

Para 1.23 | It is a time of unprecedented challenge and pressure for the charity and the students ( some have had their phones confiscated by HO). We have responded to limited internet capacity with allocated funding from a small lottery emergency fund for phones and tablets. Should access to grants become problematic then we could continue for a while at a reduced class frequency level ( but impact could prove difficult to maintain.) |
