All trustees and office holders are appointed by the Board of Trustees with the approval of members at the Annual General Meeting.
## **Scope of this report**
Choral Fiscus having an income of less than £10,000 is only required to report income and spending.
## **Independent Examiner**
Choral Fiscus having an income of less than £25,000 has not required an independent examiner or audited accounts.
## **Paid Staff and Volunteers**
The charity has no paid staff. During the year, there were 3 trustees engaged in the review of literature and the administration of grants.

## **Structure, Governance and Management**
Chorali Fiscus is a charitable incorporated organization governed by a constitution adopted 17[th] August 2019
## **Objectives and activities**
The object of the charity is to advance of enjoyment and education of the public in the performance of choral and similar classical music.
## **Public Benefit**
The trustees believe that the charity provided public benefit during the year in accordance with the guidance published by the Charity Commission through the allocation of grants and the running of a web site with diary of choral events.
## **Achievements and performance**
The main activities of the year were: -
- Award of grants in support of specific choral performance by the following
- Bournemouth Symphony Chorus
- Southampton Choral Society (Funds allocated but due in 2024)
- Wimborne Choral Society
- Bournemouth Bach Choir
- Fordingbridge Choral Society
- Award of grants in support of general administration and choral performance by the following:
- Grange Choral Society
- Bournemouth Symphony Chorus
Chorali Fiscus has also been supportive of the Bournemouth Youth Chorus and Symphony Chorus in respect of the commissioning of the Choral work Awakening set by the composer Paul Carr
## **Financial Review**
The trustees have a reasonable expectation that the charity has sufficient funds to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.
To ensure liquidity and smooth cashflow, all funds are unrestricted and held in cash deposits.
The Trustees aim to maintain sufficient funds to ensure regular commitments can be properly maintained.
Grants totaling £10,144.98 were made during the year of which £1000 was delayed payment to Bournemouth Bach Choir from 2022 by a few days.
Total reserves on 31[st] December 2022 are £2,506-06 of which £1,000 is committed for Southampton Choral Society in September 2024.
Income for the period was £7,844-98. Source of income for this year of registration has been a sponsor Lindale 462 Ltd, Safatech Limited and Stephen Feltham
Trustee expenses have not been made. No expenses relating to administration of the charity have been incurred.
The charity has no long-term liabilities.
The Trustees have a duty to identify risks to which the Charity is exposed and to ensure appropriate controls are in place to mitigate these. The trustees regularly review the charity’s financial and administrative procedures and monitor the level of income in the light of regular expenditure, including ensuring a sufficient rate of membership subscription.
