## The Mintingmor Trust  AGM 

Held on 2nd September 2022 at 12.30am

The Mintingmor Trust is a registered charity with charity number 1184906. Registered Address: Browne Jacobson LLP, Mowbray House, Castle Meadow Road, Nottingham, NG2 1BJ. 

Trustees: Peter Anthony Rimmington, Carolyn Rimmington, Susan Mary Rimmington 

The Mintingmor Trust is set up for the following charitable purposes to benefit primarily, but not exclusively, people and places in Teesdale in order to:- 

   - Improve the social, educational and environmental situation of those living and/or working in Teesdale and the surrounding areas; and 

   - Preserving, conserving and enhancing the flora and fauna and the accessibility of the area through local registered charities such as Durham Wildlife Trust 

- By providing financial support and assistance to charities seeking to address these charitable causes.  The Mintingmor Trust does not have a minimum grant size but the majority of our grants will fall under £1,000. 

## Financial Review 

Total receipts for the inaugural year were £2705 with all but £5 from Amazon Prime contributed by the Trustees. 

Contributions totalling £2,400.00   were donated to UTASS, Teesdale Luncheon 

Clubs, Weardale and Teesdale Mountain Rescue, Durham Wildlife Trust  in accordance  with the Trust’s policy. 

Trustee expenses  were restricted to costs associated with the website subscriptions (£15.00) 

The retained fund is  £1003.00.

## Structure, governance and management 

There were no changes made in this financial year. A HMRC tax return was made as required. 

## Financial statement 

The Financial Statement was approved at the AGM on  2nd September 2022 and signed by the Trustees Peter Anthony Rimmington and  Carolyn Rimmington. 

Assets are all held in cash in the Trust’s bank account. 

There are no liabilities
