Summary of the purposes of the charity as
set out in its governing document
Our vision is to improve the lives of children living in
disadvantaged rural communites in Ga-Phaahla
villages,located in Sekhukhune region of Limpopo
Province in South Africa. Webelieve that informaton
technology skills, and artappreciaton, can both
improve their economic
opportunites and enrich their life experiences

We provide grants that help the schools build
necessary IT capacity for building the learner’s digital
skills.
We believe that those skills are necessary for life in
the 21stcentury.

In 2022 the Principal of Ngwanamashile Primary School,
located in the Charite’s target region, requested
30 Tablets to be used in lessons at the school.
In 2023 MTCF provided the 30 Tablets.
At Lobethal Primary School, MTCF contnued to fund the IT
support teacher post.
In 2023, as another Primary School was merged with
Lobethal. Classes became larger. So, the school needs
more tablets.
Throughout 2024 we contnued to fund a support teacher
at Lobethal Primary school. That contnued to enable the
school to use to use donated Tablets in teaching.
Skilling young people improves their life chances. That
benefts communites.

The Trustees/Management Commitee explored thecharity's
requirements for reserves having regard tothe main risks to the
organisaton.
The policy is to hold restricted funds to meet up to 12months of
the expenditure needed for requirements of the charity. The
money is needed to meet the costsofce rent, web hostng, and
examinaton of accounts.
Budgetedexpenditurefor20205/2026is£950andtherefore, the
target is £1000 in restricted funds.
In additon to above, the policy is to hold £1000 pounds
restricted funds invested in high interest paying cash
accounts to raise moneyforgrant making.
