**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CLUB ARE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE PLAYING OF SPORT FOR THE BENEFIT OF: 3.1.1 THE LOCAL COMMUNITY IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF MERTON AND SURROUNDING AREAS IN SOUTH WEST LONDON; 3.1.2 THE FORMER AND PRESENT PUPILS OF RUTLISH SCHOOL AND THEIR FAMILIES; AND 3.1.3 EMPLOYEES AND VOLUNTEERS ASSOCIATED WITH RUTLISH SCHOOL AND THEIR FAMILIES. "SPORT" MEANS SPORTS OR GAMES WHICH PROMOTE HEALTH BY INVOLVING PHYSICAL OR MENTAL SKILL OR EXERTION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO RUGBY, FOOTBALL AND CRICKET.

**Activities:** The objects are provision of facilities for playing of Sport (particularly rugby, football and cricket)  for the benefit of: - the local community in the London Borough of Merton and surrounding areas in south west London; - the former and present pupils of Rutlish School and their families; and - employees and volunteers associated with Rutlish School and their families.
