**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT:THE PROMOTION OF CIVIC RESPONSIBILITY AND GOOD CITIZENSHIP AMONG PEOPLE IN THE COUNTY OF NORFOLK IN PARTICULAR, AND THE UK IN GENERAL, BY COMMISSIONING A MEMORIAL IN NORFOLK TO THE 97 BRITISH SOLDIERS MASSACRED AT LE PARADIS ON 27 MAY 1940, TO MAINTAIN SAID MEMORIAL AND TO SUPPORT OTHER MEMORIALS TO THE LE PARADIS MASSACRE AS DEEMED APPROPRIATE BY THE TRUSTEES.

**Activities:** We are raising money to enable us to commission a memorial in Norfolk to the 97 British soldiers massacred at Le Paradis on 27 May 1940, to maintain said memorial and to support other memorials to the Le Paradis Massacre as deemed appropriate by the Trustees.
