In the County we<br>achieved a reasonable standard.  Friendly<br>games have been well supported, encouraging<br>the social side of the club.<br>Membership has remained static mainly due to<br>the legacy of Covid,  some members are still<br>reluctant to socialize.|

## **Financial Review**

A maintenance<br>budget for machinery has been agreed.<br>The local hospital trust, use a designated  area<br>of our car park, for staff parking during the<br>week. Which has been of financial benefit to<br>our club and the hospital.<br>We have no funds held by custodian trustees.<br>The Land Registry documents for our land has<br>been finalized.  This has taken two years after<br>purchasing the land from Taylor Wimpy.  A<br>planning application has been submitted for a<br>new club house. ## **Structure, Governance and Management** 

|Description of charity’s<br>trusts:||The Trustees were elected by our members at<br>our 2022 AGM.  The Committee Officers were<br>re-elected to serve a term of 3 years, the<br>remaining committee members were elected<br>to serve one year.<br>The committee are responsible for making<br>decisions regarding the safe and efficient<br>running of the club, including how funds are<br>used for the benefit of the club and<br>community.<br>The Committee meets 4 times during the<br>playing season and twice during the closed<br>season. The AGM takes place at the Spring<br>meeting at the beginning of the season.<br>An annual dinner and prize giving is held in<br>November.|
