**M** ae’r Cylch yn cael ei reoli gan bwyllgor sy’n cynnwys Unigolyn Cyfrifol, Cadeirydd, Trysorydd, ysgrifennyddes, rhieni a staff. Mae’r Pwyllgor yn cwrdd yn rheolaidd i drafod materion sy’n codi ynghyd a threfnu gweithgareddau codi arian.

## **Strwythr y Cylch/Amcanion y Cylch:**
Lleoliad blynyddoedd cynnar yw Cylch Meithrin Penrhyndeudraeth sydd wedi ei leoli ar safle/tir Ysgol Cefn Coch. Rydym yn cynnig gofal dydd llawn o ansawdd i fechgyn a merched o 2 i 4 oed.
Mae’r gwasanaeth wedi gofrestru i ofalu am hyd at 19 o blant. Yr Unigolyn Cyfrifol yw Lauren Humphreys a’r person a gofal am reoli o ddydd i ddydd yw Ceri Llwyd.
Mae yna staff cymmwys a phrofiadol yn gyfrifol am sicrhau bod bob plentyn yn derbyn gofal a sylw tyner. Cyflogir 5 aelod o staff yn y cylch, ar hyn o bryd. Mae pedwar aelod gyda lefel 3 yn Gofal plant ac un efo lefel 2 yn Gofal plant. Mae pedwar aelod o staff wedi derbyn hyfforddiant diweddar mewn Amddifyn Plant efo un aelod am wneud erbyn pas 2024. Mae pob aelod o staff efo Chymorth Cyntaf. Rydym yn mynd i weithio yn y flwyddyn nesaf i rhoi hyfforddiant priodol rheolaidd (fel enghraifft hyfforddiant sydd yn rhedeg gan blynyddoedd cynnar a chyrsiau eraill perthnasol trwy Mudiad Meithrin) er mwyn sicrhau fod y cylch yn cynnig gwasanaeth o safon uchel.

## **Cyflawniadau:**
Mae’r flwyddyn diwethaf wedi bod yn heriol eto gyda newidiadau staffio. Mae’r staff wedi gweithio yn galed iawn i gario mlaen I gefnogi rhieni a’r plant, a rydym wedi gwneud yn siwr bod ni’n gallu cynnal gwasanaeth o safon uchel.
O ran budd cyhoeddus rydym wedi gweithio mewn partneriaeth gyda rhieni/gofalwyr plant y Cylch. Mae hyn yn bwysig iawn i ni ac rydym yn falch o dderbyn unrhyw awgrymiadau ar sut i addasu/wella ein gwasanaeth. Mae y staff ar gael i drafod unrhyw bryderon sydd gan riant/gofalwr o ddydd i ddydd. Rydym yn cyflwyno diwrnodiau agored swyddogol bob blwyddyn fel bod rhieni yn gallu dod i mewn am apwyntiad i trafod datblygiad ei phlentyn gyda’r arweinydd. Rydym hefyd yn dosbarthu holiaduron ar cychwyn ac ar ddiwedd cyfnod plentyn yn y Cylch er mwyn gallu arfarnu ein gwasanaeth a chynllunio gwelliannau.
Mae gan y Cylch gysylltiad agos gyda’r ysgol gynradd leol sy’n cynnwys - hel plant sy’n mynychu’r dosbarth meithrin yn yr ysgol yn y boreau, ras benodol i blant y Cylch yn y mabolgampau, yn cael ei cynnwys mewn sioeau (er enghraifft sioe Nadolig) a chyfleoedd i godi arian yn ffeiriau Haf/Nadolig yr ysgol.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended **DD / MM / YYYY** .
**Responsibilities and** As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the **basis of report** accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
