The Relief Of Poverty By Providing Grants, Items And Services To Individuals In Need, And Providing Grants To Charities Or Other Organisations Working To Relieve Poverty. Iv. Promoting Community Participation In Healthy Recreation By Providing Facilities For The Playing Of Association Football And Other Sports Capable Of Improving Health.v.
