In October 2020 we made the decision to lease

At the beginning of 2021. we also secured
funding to take on a paid Food Bank Manager
who runs the day to day oper8tion of the food
bank and focKI distribution.

Our financial position is sound and WTII allow us

There was one event Ihat is worthy of indtvidual
comment. On 0111012020 we were the victim of
a scam when seeking to purchase a storage
container for our premises. As ol today, the
bank aren't taking responsibility for this so, as it
stsnds. the chaiity may have to wnte off the
£1400 from this transacts'on.
Our aim was lo hold reserves of 3 months,
essenbal 8xpendilure in easy to access cash
r8serves. This has been amended lo aim lo
hold £15.000 which oquates to a year's rental
of the
remises we use.
