## **Report of the trustees**
The trustees have pleasure in submitting their report and the financial statements of the company for the period ended 31st May 2021.
## _Objectives and activities_
The charity’s object is the advancement of the education of the public in the subject of physical, health and sex education (commonly known as PHSE). The year was used to prepare materials and a website for this purpose. The facility to sell the materials (teacher guides and student books) started up in June 2021.
## _Charity’s organisation and dependence on unpaid volunteers_
The charity is a charitable incorporated organisation (‘CIO’) and is governed by the trustees in accordance with its constitution. Its day-today running of it to be in the hands of Mrs Louise Kirk as co-ordinator, whose salary is funded by a third party. Functions other than administrative and secretarial services are performed by her with assistance from other unpaid parties. Mrs Kirk is the wife of Mr David Kirk, one of the trustees.
It is not envisaged that there will be any appointments of new trustees in the foreseeable future.
