Objects: (1) To Advance The Education And Training Of Young People Under The Age Of 25 In East Suffolk (The "Beneficiaries") In Seamanship, Sailing And Other Water-Based Activities(2) To Advance In Life The Beneficiaries Through:(a) Providing A Schools And Youth-Club Focussed Series Of Programmes Designed To Give The Beneficiaries An Introduction To Sailing And Other Water-Based Activities And The Life Skills Which Can Be Learned Through Them;(b) Providing Sailing And Other Water-Based Equipment, Training And Activities Which Develop The Beneficiariesæ Skills, Capacities And Capabilities To Enable Them To Participate In Society As Mature And Responsible Individuals.
