The object of the CIO is..
To advance the education and wellbeing of pupils in Avonmore Primary School by providing and
a551Sting in the provision of facilities. activitiès and services for children at the school.
3. Structure. Governan￿ and Management
The association is governed by Its constitution as a CIO_ The Trustees are volunteer5, primarily made
up of parents and school community members, and meet regulaily to plan, review and deliver
fundraising and community-building events that align with the charity's objective.
4. Achievements and Performance12023-2024)
Over the course of this financlal year, thè Avonmore School Association continued its work tc>
support the wellbeing and education of pupils through fundraising and community engagement.
A totsl of £2347.45 was raised through small-scale activities and donations between the

While no formal expenditure occurred during this reporting year, the funds raised will
Contribute towards planned activitles and resource support in the 2024-2025 academic
year.
Though limited in the number of events this year, these fundraising efforts reflect the contlnued
commitment of the association to enhance the school environment and enrich pupil experiences.

6. Plans for the Future
In 2024-2025. the association intends to..
Organise events le.g. school fair, cultural days, sponsored runs) to further incrèase
ommunity engagement and funding.
Allocate fund5 towards classroom resources, wellbeing workshops. and extracurricular
enrichment.
Strengthen collaboration with school staff to identify areas where the charity Can best
