Introduction.. The Trustees of Avonmore School Association present their annual report and
financial statements for the period l August 2022 to 31 July 2023. The report ha5 been
prepared in accordance with the governing document of the charity and the requirements
of the Charities Act 2011.
Objectives and Activities: The Avonmore School Association is committed to advancing the
education of pupils in Avonmore School by providing and assisting in the provision of
facilities for education at the school. Our primary activities include organizing charitable
events to raise funds, and supporting school initiatives such as free nursery lunches.
Achievements and Performance: During the period. the Association successfully raised
funds through various charitable events and received a si8nificant donation aimed at
Providing free nursery lunches.
Donations: We received a generous donation of £22,000 from a charity specifically
allocated to cover free nursery lunches.
Fundraising Events: We organized several events, raising £1,759.73 for the school.
These events included bake sales, fun runs, and seasonal fairs.
Flnancial Review: The financial statements for the period show a total income of £23,759.73
and total expenses of £22,897.15, resulting in a net income of £862.58.

Reserve5 Policy: The Trustees have reviewed the reserves of the charity and consider that
the charity should hold sufficient reserves to cover any unforeseen expenses. The current
reserve5 are deemed adequate for the charity's needs at this time.
