ADVANCING IN LIFE AND HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE, BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS;B. ADVANCING EDUCATION;C. RELIEVING UNEMPLOYMENT;D.
