The purpose of the charity is to support schools and public bodies in their teaching of equality and diversity and delivery of inclusive practice.,

The benefit aspect is a promotion of community cohesion.

The public aspect enables schools to develop a clear strategy for delivering equality education. Young children are taught to recognise and respect and embrace difference which improves community relations and good citizenship in the future.

- The trustees carry out the charity’s purpose by overseeing the resources created and making decisions on projects to further the charity’s purpose for the public benefit.

Section D Achievements and performance
• Trustee meetings held throughout the year to identify progress Summary of the main and next steps. achievements of the charity • The charity has funded and published nine training films for during the year schools: Case studies at four schools; a case study for implementing No Outsiders across a trust; a film aimed at parents and carers; a film aimed at teachers and a film showing children in different schools talking about No Outsiders. Also a film about initial teacher training aimed at university lecturers. These films are all available to access free of charge on the No Outsiders youtube channel. • From January 2024- December 2024 The No Outsiders website posted 76 assembly plans for schools free to download with a total of 32,308 page views in that time. • In September 2024 No Outsiders offered schools the opportunity to register with the charity and become a registered No Outsiders school for a fee of £95. Member schools had access to a members page with additional lesson plans and guidance and also access to a quarterly meeting with Andrew Moffat. A video of the meeting is uploaded to the members page for those schools unable to join it live. From September to December 2024, 39 schools registered. • Andrew Moffat spoke at Lloyds Bank LGBT Network during Pride month. • 600 free copies of the No Outsiders information booklet for parents and carers were given to conference delegates, at speaking events throughout the year. • The charity has sourced and sold No Outsiders pin badges, lanyards and school posters to raise funds and increase visibility in schools and workplaces,
