Family Festival event held at Birmingham MAC. A day of arts workshops and activities to celebrate diversity with a focus on different families in the city.
Worked with Comedian Joe Lycett to produce a short film showcasing a ‘No Outsiders’ story written by a school child in Chester. Talks given at equality and diversity events on the aims and progress of the charity. Provision of educational materials, training and information for schools provided free of charge via charity website (see section D for specific details)

Section D Achievements and performance
• Quarterly Trustee meetings held throughout the year to identify **Summary of the main** progress and next steps. **achievements of the charity** • The charity has funded the training film for schools: “No **during the year** Outsiders: Flappily Ever After” featuring Comedian Joe Lycett reading a story book written by a school child from Chester following a No Outsiders lesson. • The charity funded the “No Outsiders and Oracy” training film for school CPD. • From January 2021- December 2021 The No Outsiders website posted 100 assembly plans for schools free to download with a total of 15,145 downloads. • From January 2021- December 2021 The No Outsiders website posted 13 lesson plans for schools based on picture books free to download with a total of 14,523 downloads. • In July 2021 The charity created a new resource posting examples of classroom displays to inspire teachers inn creating inclusive learning environments. From July- December 2021, 14 displays were featured with 1580 downloads. • The inaugural “No Outsiders family festival” in collaboration with with Birmingham Pride and Birmingham MAC, was held at Birmingham MAC on September 28[th] . The event was free of charge and there were over 400 attendees. • Andrew Moffat delivered three training workshops for staff at Findel Educational Resources in August and September 2021 for which a No Outsiders parent booklet was formatted in readiness for publication in 2022. • Andrew Moffat contributed to the following events: 7 March 2021: interview on Teacher Hug radio about No Outsiders in diversity and inclusion in schools, 4 June 2021 online Education forum event with an audience of teachers and school leaders, 12 July 2021 Equity in Education conference (keynote and panel discussion) 26 September speech at Birmingham Pride opening ceremony • The charity has sourced and sold No Outsiders pin badges, lanyards and posters to raise funds and increase visibility in schools and workplaces. In 2021 further No Outsides merchandise was created to increase visibility in schools and raise funds for the charity- water bottles, note books, reusable cups, pens.
