Organised an LGBT+ day festival in Derby, celebrating LGBT+ culture and bringing together LGBT+ people and the wider community. Organised several smaller fundraising events and activities for the benefit of the community. Throughout the year we continued to utilise social media to keep in contact with the community and to educate and inform the general public on LGBT+ related issues. |

Para 1.20 | The primary achievement of the charity was planning and organising the Derby Pride day festival, which celebrated LGBT+ culture and brought together both the LGBT+ and wider communities. Included in this were: 1. A market area with stalls providing support and information to the LGBT+ community, and an outlet for independent LGBT+ owned local businesses. 2. A dedicated family area, providing a safe space for children. 3. A main stage with various artists and performers, providing entertainment and a platform for local LGBT+ artists. 4. With more than 6500 people attending, there was also an economic benefit to the City of Derby as a whole. |

Responsibililies and basis of report As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of Ihe accounts in accordan with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 {"Ihe Acl") I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145{5)(b} of the Act. Independent examiner's statement I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material mallers have come to my attention in connection with the examination (other than that disclosed below ') which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect.. the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act., or the accounts did not accord wilh the accounting records., or the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a 'true and fair, view which is not a matter onsidered as part of an independent examination. I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
