Throughout the year we continued to utilise social media to keep in contact with the community and to educate and inform the general public on LGBT+ related issues. |

Para 1.20 | The primary achievement of the charity was planning and organising the Derby Pride day festival, which celebrated LGBT+ culture and brought together both the LGBT+ and wider communities. Included in this were: 1. A market area with stalls providing support and information to the LGBT+ community, and an outlet for independent LGBT+ owned local businesses. 2. A dedicated family area, providing a safe space for children. 3. A main stage with various artists and performers, providing entertainment and a platform for local LGBT+ artists. 4. With more than 5000 people attending, there was also an economic benefit to the City of Derby as a whole. |

Responsibilities and basis of report As the charity's trustees. you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ('the Act"). I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Diredions given by the Charity Commission under section 145151{b) of the Act. Independent examiner's statement I have completed my examination.
