The appointment of New Trustees and the re-appointment of Trustees is Trustee selection methods initially to be undertaken by the existing First Charity Trustees. Every (eg. appointed by, elected by) trustee (apart from the First Charity Trustees), must be appointed for a term of three years. In selecting individuals for appointment as charity trustees, the charity trustees must have regard to the skills, knowledge and experience needed for the effective administration of the CIO.

The charity was in process of being set up during this reporting period and is not yet actively pursuing its objects in respect of public benefit. A bank account has been established for the Charity – the only donation in the year was to fund the Bank Fees
Trustees have been provided with Charity Commission guidance with respect to their responsibilities as trustees, and in particular with the need to ensure that the charity is carrying out its purposes for the public benefit.
