## Reports of the Trustees for the year ended 31 July 2024

Aid Humanity is a constituted by a registered Charity No: -1184639

## **Objectives**

The charity was formed for charitable purposes to help people with disability and prevent or provide relief from poverty.

## **Achievements and performance**

Aid Humanity has been very active aiding the under privileged throughout the year via many projects locally and internationally. With great care taken in selecting projects which will have a vast impact on the individuals on the receiving end, Aid Humanity has been able to reach out to a larger number of communities.

Several projects to feed the impoverished and needy have been successfully delivered in Morocco, Lebanon, Pakistan and Togo. With the kind and generous donations received from donors. Aid Humanity has been able to provide much needed monthly food rations to approximately 500 families. Efforts have and are being made to increase this number to at least 600 families in the next year.

A feed the homeless project was successfully delivered over the Christmas period in Burton- UponTrent. Hot and cold food was provided on Christmas day for 100 people. We hope to continue supporting similar projects over the next year in the smaller cities.

One of the most successful projects started by Aid Humanity has been providing water pumps and water wells throughout the world. These include the following countries: Pakistan, Zimbabwe, Sierra Leone, Togo Uganda. To date we have delivered over 280 water pumps and made a tremendous difference to people’s lives in having access to clean water. We are making efforts to increase this number as water is a basic need for people around the world.

We had the opportunity to support 4 homeless families in Pakistan this year by building small houses for them and providing them with food packs. We are hoping to expand on this type of project over the coming year and build another small amount of dwellings for homeless people in Pakistan.
