Baptist Unlon Pension deficit In addition to the contributions lo the Defined Contrbi ution (DC) Plan, where a valuation of the DB Plan reveals a deficit the Trustee and the Council agree to a rate of deficiency contributions from chL+rches and other employers involved in the DB Plan. It is managed by a Minister and a Diaconate comprising members of the church. The Trustees comprise members of the Diaconate. Trustees can be recruited from the Church membership when necessary.
