The promotion of Gommunity participation in healthy recreational sport for
the benefft of all chIld￿n up to the ages of 18yrs by the provision of
facilities and qualified coaches to develop children's football skills and
provide for their involvement in league football.

Wyre Juniors is an FA Charter Standard Football dub.
For the 202&2024 season we have had approximately 260 children
playing and training football over 21 football teams from the age of U7's
to U18's. We have also continued to run a Saturday Moming football club
for our more junior members 4yrs -7 yrs. attracting weekly numbers of
around 15 - 20 children.
on￿ again, the majority of our footballing teams have been entered into
erther the Blackpool or Pourton District Football Leagues or the Lancaster
and Morecambe STYL. and this again has proved very successful.

All of our team members attend weekly training sessions under the
guidance of our coaches who are all qualified to a minimum FA level 1
standard and have been required to undertake all the relevant training
such as first aid, safeguarding etc.
The club ensures that all our managers, assistants, and any other adult
who comes into contact wrth children are DBS Ghecked.
Training venues during spnng and summer are generally held at our
home pitches whilst all teams are located to relevanl venues during the
winter months.
All our coaching staff and commtttee members offer their services
voluntarily

Achievements and performance
Summary of the main
achievements oftho charity
during the year
Our club has continued to grow wrth the provision of football and training
for approxirnately 260 children along Wlth Saturday morning football
coaching sessions for ourjunior rnembers.
We have mairrtained separate goalkeeper coaching sessions specifically
for our goalkeepers in Gonjunction with 'DC Goalkeeping. which has
proved extremely successful.
Our footballing teams have been very competitive, and once again some
teams have won trophies whilst others gained promotions in their
respective leagues. A few teams have also had the experience of playing
cup finals at Fleetwood Towns Stadium - "Highbury. and at'Bloomfield
Road" . Blackpool FC.
A number of our teams have been involved in lorAI toumaments which
has been very productive
Our annual football club awards presentation is to be hekl on June 11
and promises lo be a great fun family event for all.
We have had trwo WJ U18's SKle and an all-girts football team WJ u10's
Jets.
We wll have 21 teams in all next season across three different leagues
and this is a tremendous achievement for the club and encouraging to
see how this youth football club is continuing to thrive.
We continue to work with Ilfyre Willa football dub to ensure there are
opportunities for our players after U18's football to eventually transgress
into adult football. We currently have some of our older players training
and playing with Wyre Villa.
Ilve are adively involved wrth a sponsorship programme to allow our
players the opportunty to attend referee courses with the FA.
This year we have partnered with "Fleetsvood Communty Trust. to run a
'Weetabix" Wildcats programme for Girf's football.
The club continually seeks invest and improve facilrties to ensure the best
possible and safest experience for our players, parents, and volunteers.
