THE TRUSTEES HAVE HAD DUE REGARD TO THE GUIDANCE ISSUED BY THE CHARITY COMMISSION ON PUBLIC BENEFIT AND ARE SATISFIED THAT THEY ARE ADVANCING EDUCATION FOR PUBLIC BENEFIT.
