This**<br>**instils confidence in them**<br>**individually. Ie one member does not**<br>**handle money but is very proud to**<br>**take responsibility for the raffle, including**<br>**the money. Her confidence**<br>**has improved immensely. Some embers**<br>**have even now gained sufficient**<br>**confidence to give short talk about**<br>**themselves to the group.**<br>**4 Drinks are provided on arrival and**<br>**throughout the day. They have**|





|||**biscuits in the morning, cake in the**<br>**afternoon. At lunchtime they are**<br>**given a choice of 2-course meals, which**<br>**are freshly prepared on the day.**<br>**5 Each week some form of informal**<br>**activity takes place, bingo**<br>**being the most popular. Speakers come**<br>**in to talk to them, they also**<br>**have opportunity to do gentle exercise**<br>**and other relaxation techniques.**<br>**6 Members come from a radius of 10**<br>**miles, which transport being**<br>**provided for them.**<br>**7 Members present with a range of**<br>**differing requirements and**<br>**disabilities. We have a number with**<br>**Dementia and other mental health**<br>**issues, a number with physical**<br>**disabilities and some who simply want**<br>**emotional support and an escape from**<br>**isolation.**<br>**8 We have been able to provide one-to-**<br>**one support for those who**<br>**have been bereaved.**|
