I report to the charity trustees on my examination of the accounts of the Centre for the year ended 31 D￿ember 2023.

Having satisfied myself that th¢ a￿OUnts of the Centre are not required to be audited and are eligible for independent
exatnination, I report in re5pe¢t of my cL￿ninatiOn of your chariws accounts as carried out under section 145 of the
Charities A¢t 2011 ('the 2011 Act,). In Carrying out my examination I have followed the directions giv¢n by the Charity
Commission under section 145(5) (b) of the 2011 Act.

I have completed my examination. I confwm that no matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination
giving me ¢ause to believe:

true and fair view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination. or

Ch8irman Statement
The Centre has m8intained its letting capacty overthe lasttwelve months and is nowfully
operational inclurjing the letting of the football pitches.
The users include many groups providing physical activities and soft play. The conference
facilities and forum meeting rooms are used by local and national organisations constantly.
The Trustees meet on 8 regular basis and are grateful to both Lorna and Alan for their contini iing
effort5 in co-oroinatingthe lettings and maintenance of the site.
For the firsttime the Centre was able to PLrt on a successful Food Fest and Music Event which
saw over 2,000 villagers 8ttend and will continue to provide further activitiey forthe Village.
We continue to PTovide a clean and safe let to 811 our customers.
