To advance the education of the pupils of Rushbury C of E Primary School by the allocation of funding from the Minibus Transportation to provide and assist in the provision of facilities not required to be provided by the Local Education Authority for education at the school.

The trustees declare that they have complied with their duty to have due regard to the guidance on public benefit published by the Charity Commission in exercising their powers or duties.

Activities, Achievements & Performance

The charity continues to provide the minibus service to Rushbury C of E Primary School throughout the year as required to transport the children to and from school and any other journeys required. The Minibus Committee are continuing to pass on donations to the school to help with funding on items not provided by the Local Education Authority. This has proven to be a great help by contributing to school outings, this in turn gives a reduction to the costs that parents need to contribute.

Financial Review

Statement of the Charity's Policy on Reserves

The Trustees aim the accumulate and retain sufficient funds to be able to replace the two minibuses in the future. To ensure continuity of the support and service to Rushbury C of E Primary School.

The Trustees declare that the charity had no funds which were materially in deficit at the date of the statement of assets & liabilities.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity ("the Trust") for the year ended 31st August 2022

Responsibilities and basis of report

As the charity's trustess, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ("the Act").

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

Independent examiner's statement

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination other than that disclosed below which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
