Objects
To advance the education of the pupils of Rushbury C of E Primary School by the allocation of funding from the Minibus Transportation to provide and assist in the provision of facilities not required to be provided by the Local Education Authority for education at the school.
Statutory Declaration on Public Benefit
The trustees declare that they have complied with their duty to have due regard to the guidance on public benefit published by the Charity Commission in exercising their powers or duties.
Activities, Achievements & Performance
The charity continue to provide the minibus service to Rushbury C of E Primary School throughout the year as required to transport the children to and from school and any other journeys required. Unfortunately one of the minibus’s was stolen from the school car park during the summer break on the 14[th] August 2019.
Funds set aside in the reserve account were used to replace the stolen bus to enable the service still to be carried on.
This will show a reduction in the assets held by the charity and hopefully we can build up again the reserve account throughout the next financial year.
Financial Review
Statement of the Charity's Policy on Reserves
The Trustees aim the accumulate and retain sufficient funds to be able to replace the two minibuses in the future. To ensure continuity of the support and service to Rushbury C of E Primary School.
Details of Any Funds Materially in Deficit
The Trustees declare that the charity had no funds which were materially in deficit at the date of the statement of assets & liabilities.

The Trustees declare that the charity has given no guarantee where potential liability is outstanding at the date of the statement of assets & liabilities.
Particulars of Any Outstanding Debt
The Trustees declare that the charity has no outstanding debts which are secured by an express charge on any of the assets of the charity at the date of the statement of assets & liabilities.
