## Objectives and Activities 

The charity’s objects are to advance community participation in sport, particularly football, and to promote physical, mental and social wellbeing for young people and local residents. During the year, the charity delivered community-based football sessions, supported access to facilities, and worked with local partners to improve participation and inclusion. 

## Public Benefit 

The trustees confirm that they have complied with their duty to have due regard to the Charity Commission’s public benefit guidance. Activities provided clear public benefit through open-access community sport provision, youth engagement, and wellbeing-focused programmes that support physical activity, confidence and social connection. 

## Achievements and Performance 

Key achievements during the year included the successful delivery of community football activity and securing grant funding from the National Lottery (ES Lottery Fund) to support programme delivery and sustainability. 

## Financial Review 

The charity’s total income for the year was £14,000.00. Total expenditure for the year was £9,063.57. The charity generated a surplus of £4,936.43 and ended the financial year with reserves of £8,095.22. 



Reserves Policy 

The trustees aim to maintain a modest level of reserves sufficient to meet three months of core operating costs and to provide stability in the event of delayed funding or unexpected expenditure. 

Structure, Governance and Management 

The charity is governed by a board of trustees who meet regularly to review performance, compliance and strategy. Trustees are appointed in line with the charity’s constitution and are responsible for setting policy, overseeing financial controls and ensuring the charity operates in furtherance of its charitable purposes. 

Trustee Remuneration and Benefits 

No trustee received remuneration or benefits from the charity during the year. 

Plans for Future Periods 

The charity plans to expand its community football and wellbeing programmes, strengthen monitoring and evaluation processes, and pursue further partnerships and grant funding to support long-term sustainability.
