**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR MUSIC, ARTS, RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF PERSONS FOR WHOM SUCH FACILITIES ARE PRIMARILY INTENDED, IN PARTICULAR THOSE WHO ARE DISABLED, INCLUDING BUT NOT BY WAY OF LIMITATION THROUGH THE PROVISION OF A NIGHTCLUB ENABLING THE DISABLED USERS TO HAVE THE SAME EXPERIENCE OF A MUSIC VENUE AS THEIR NON-DISABLED PEERS IN A SAFE AND SECURE ENVIRONMENT AND THROUGH THE PROVISION OF AN INCLUSIVE MUSIC FESTIVAL AVAILABLE TO THE WIDER COMMUNITY TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY COHESION.

**Activities:** We offer opportunities for people to experience live music and a nightclub experience. We also produce a festival in a local park, inclusive to all, with no age limitations. This allows families, children, carers and service users to celebrate music and all that the Roadrunner has to offer together.
