accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the
accounts. seeking explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken

whether the accounts present a'true and fair view, and the report is limited to those natters set out in the
stateJnent below.
Independent examiner's statsment
In conneLtion with my examination. no matter has ￿me to my attention:

Public Benefit
Most of our fundraising events were able to take pla￿ this year. These included the fireworks display, quiz
night, and Christmas sleigh and lights ceremonies. The profits from these activities enabled us to donate
£13,299.99 towards community projects. Smaller wntainers have bee￿ obtaineAI. This has reduced costs for
storing the sleigh and fundraising 4uipmenL
The amount of money th* was raised has been available for charitable and community, local. national and
intemational causes. Awards were made to SUPPOrt or provide for proj￿. when requested providing vital
equipment and support for a few individual& local needy and disabled residents who could not afford it
themselves to enable them to improve their quality of life. All donations are listed under Community Service
Donations within the Expenditure section.
