Ministerio Kadosh Is governed by a constitution adopted on 16 july 2019, in accordance
with the Charities Act 2011.
The church 15 an unincorporated association and is run by a group of elerted t￿Stee5 who
are also members of the church's leadership team.
Trustees are appointed at the Annual General Meeting by church members. New trustees
receive an indurtion covering the church's structure, aims, finances, safeguarding
responsibillties, and legal duties under charlty law.
The trnstees meet quarterlyto oversee the church's ME￿10￿ finances, property. and
safeguarding arrangements.
2. Objectives and Activlties
The charltys purpose, as set out In Its governing document. ls.to advance the Christian
faith for the publlc benefiv in the local community and beyond, through worship, teachin&
pastoral care, and community outreach.

3. Achievements and Performance
Durlng 2024-2025, the church cont5nued to grow and strengthen its communlty presence..
AverdRe Saturday attendance.. 120 adults and 30 chlldren
. Avagared 10 Baptised peryear. New members and welcomed 20 peryear.
Our church provldes essentlal food and basic health care items, such as shampoo and bar
soap- to people in the community whenever we notlce someone In need.
Hosted a Communlty Christmas dSnner for 150 local resldents.
- Launched a leadershlp mentorlng program.
The trustees are grateful for the dedlcatlon of volunteers and staff who make these
actSvltles possible.
