|Summary ofthe main<br>achievements<br>ofthe charity<br>during the year|||||Friends ofSt.Andrew's<br>School, Woking has operated for many years and<br>registered as a charitable<br>incorporated<br>organisation<br>with the Charity<br>Commission<br>in July 2019.|
||||||Due to restrictions<br>imposed due to Covid 19in March 2020, very limited|
||||||activities and fundraising<br>events were able to take place during<br>the period|
||||||covered by this report,<br>1 Sept 2020-31 August 2021.|
||||||In anticipation<br>of being able to hold the School Ball in July 2021,E8,772|
||||||in ticket sales was raised, however,<br>unfortunately<br>the event had to be|
||||||postponed<br>until July 2022, and the monies have<br>in the meantime<br>been|
||||||held in the CIO's bank account.|
||||||Further monies were raised mainly via Easyfundraising,<br>sales of branded|
||||||products<br>and Christmas<br>cards.|
||||||The trustees decide as a committee<br>how to spend the funds raised. This|

|charity's||policy|on reserves||the school. When deciding on whether to approve the grant applications,|
