Para 1.20 | In October 2019 the trustees visited the 9 schools, which were to become part of the pilot project, in South Africa. The purpose of the visit was to collect data on the school’s requirements and make formal introduction to the teachers, children, and communities. A schools visit report was compiled and published on the charity’s website. A second visit was carried out in March 2020 and the purpose of the visit was to create footage and marketing collateral to assist in our funding programme. More than 20 gigabytes of the footage was produced from the visit and consequently several marketing videos were created. All charity activities stopped in April 2020 this was due to the Covid 19 pandemic. |
