Achievements and Performance SORP reference The charity on the back of a successful planning application for change of use has looked to progress the development of the site. During thls perlod the 25-year lease was finalised and signed, and site development commenced after the removal of the initial conditions around site design and access. As such 400 trees where p12nted and a further 300 are planned for early in the next period. The charity has also continued to submit funding bids and has engaged with Northamptonshire highways about the development of the external path which links the site to the edge of the village. Summary of the main achievements of the charity, identifying the difference the charity's work has made to the circumstances of ils beneficiaries and any wider benefits to society as a whole. Para 1.20 Addltlonal Informatlon (optlonal} You ma choose to Include further slatemenls where relevant about.. The aim for this current period was to undertake our inaugural AGM and have the site fully up and running. This has been hampered by COVID which saw us unable to conduct our AGM due to lock down and delayed the signing of the land lease document by 6-8 months. This document was a pre-cursor for engagement with Northamptonshire highways for them to consider funding the external pathway. In order to support the bid, the charity gained written endorsements from local / regional councillor5 and, alongside the lease, has not had its bid presented for consideration *or the Apr 21 budget. With limited ability to develop the site, the main fundraising activltles11.e. major fundlng streams) has been put on hold, however initial enquiries have generally resulted in positive responses. Local fundraising continued desplte the national lockdown and our annual Dog Show and Village Fayre (albeit with a revised format) exceeded previous years in terms of funds raised. nla Achievements againsl objectives set Pard 1.41 Perfomance of fundraislng activities against objectives set ParB 1.41 Investment performance against objectives Para 1.41
