## **End of Financial Year Statement** 

The trustees are pleased to present their annual report together with the financial statements for the year ended 5th April 2025 for Kosel Trust. 

During the financial year, the charity has continued to pursue its objectives for the public benefit as set out in its governing document. The trustees have complied with their duty under section 17 of the Charities Act 2011 to have due regard to public benefit guidance published by the Charity Commission. 

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the accounting policies set out in the notes to the accounts and comply with the charity’s governing document, the Charities Act 2011, and the Statement of Recommended Practice: Accounting and Reporting by Charities (SORP). 

The charity’s income for the previous year was £342.00, and expenditure was £0. At the end of tax year 2025, the charity held funds of £2,311.34 

The trustees would like to thank everyone who has supported the charity throughout the year, including donors, volunteers, staff, and beneficiaries. Their continued support is vital for the ongoing work and future success of the charity. 

The trustees confirm that they have taken all reasonable steps to ensure the charity’s compliance with statutory requirements and to safeguard the charity’s assets.
