I We receive donatTrons of unwanted white
j goods and refurbish them and offer them for

would othermise go straight to scrap without
any wtential for reuse. Ilems which cannot
be refuthshed are stripped for usable spare

We record all co11edic￿8, serv4ce
d<)oJm8nt8. rewr8 and sales incIL￿ing the
number of households assisted.
We provide a low TÈPaiK sèrv1￿ With w)Q
call out fees. This provides a valuable
servict to the poorest sectKins of our
rnn￿lNty that would nomially have to pay
these fees on top of any work actually done.

I report on Ihe accounts of the Twst for the year ended 31 January 2025, which are set out
on page 2.
Respective Responsibilities of Trustees and Examiner
As the charity's Trustees you are responsible for Ihe preparation of the accounts. you
consider that the audit requirement of section 144(21 of the Charities Act 2011 {the Acll
does not apply. It is my responsibility to stale. on the basis of procedures specified in the
General Directions given by the Charity Commissioners under section 145(5llbl of the Act,
whether particular matters have come to my attention.
8asSs of Independent Examlners Report
My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Direclions given by the
Charity Commissioners. An examination indudes a review of the accounting records kept
by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented wlh those records. 11 also
includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking
explanation form you as Trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures
undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit. and
Consequently, I do not express an audit opinion on the view given by the accounts.
