CARE PACKAGES FOR NEWLY DIAGNOSED FAMILIESB. ESTABLISHING A SUPPORT NETWORK FOR PARENTS, SIBLINGS AND GRANDPARENTS AND OFFERING PRACTICAL ADVICE WHERE NECESSARYC. FUNDS TO SUPPORT THE PROVISION OF A MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL AT THE GREAT WESTERN HOSPITAL, SWINDOND. FUNDS TO SUPPORT THE PROVISION OF A FAMILY SUPPORT TELEPHONE HELPLINE

Establishing a support network for parents, siblings and grandparents and offering practical advice where necessary;3.
