them lo ensure that the financial statement comply wilh the eharilies Act 1993.
Trustees are also responsible for safeguaTding the assets of the charity and taking
reasonable steps to for prevenlion and detection of fraud.

We have perfomied certain Prccedures in respect of the Charity's unaudrted accounts for the year
ended 31 December 2023 Iwhich Comprise the I￿Ome and expene Account, the Balance Sheet
and the related nolesl, made enquiries of the Charily's ITLsslees and assessed accounting policies
adopted by the trLtrStees, in order lo gather suffictenl evidence lor our Gonclu5L)n in thi5 report.
This report is made Sole￿ to the Charitys Iruslees. as a body. in a¢cordance with the terms of our
engagement lètter dated 1 June 2016. It has been released lo the Iruslees on the basis that this
report shall not be copied, referred lo or disck)sed. in whole (save for the trustees. own Internal
purposes or as may be reqUI￿d by law or by a competent ieyulalorl or in part, wthout our prior
written consent. Our work has been undertaken so that we might slate to the trustees those mailers
that we have agreed lo stale lo them In this report and for no olher purwse. To the lullesl extent
permilled by law, we do not accept or assume res￿A$1b1Iity lo anyone other than the Charity and
the Charity's trustees as a body lor OUT Work, for this Teport or the Conclus￿￿5 we have formed.

responsibility is to form and express an independent conclusK)n, based on the work Ca￿led out, to
you on the accounts.
Scope
We condueled our engagement in ￿cOrdance with bas￿ priiples of audit & review of financial
information. Our work was based primarity upon enquiry. an31￿le￿I PTocedure5 and assessing
accounting policies in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard lor Smaller Enlilies. If we
considered il lo be necessary, we also performed limiled examination ol ewdence relevanl lo
certain balances and disck)sures in Ihe 8ccounls vthere be￿me aware of mallers that mighl
indicate a risk of malenal misstatement in Ihe accounts.
The lems of our engagement exclude any requirement lo carry out a comprehensive asgessment
of the risks of material misslalemenl. a consideration of fraud, laws, regulations and internal
controls, and we have not done so. We are not required to. and we do not, express an audit opinion
on these accounts.

Bayed on our work, nothing has come lo our attention lo refute the Iruslees. confirmalion that in
accordance with the Charities act 1993 the accounts gNe a true and fair V￿ of the slate of the
Charity's affairs as at 31 December 2023 and of ils Surplus for Ihe period then ended and have
bee.n properly prepared in accordance wlh the Financial Reporting Standard for Charibes
