14[th] June 2025, 14[th] September, 14[th] December final payment 14[th] March 2026 

Original price,  £70,000. Gave back £10,000 for repointing wall and roof repair work which we should have done prior to sale. Mr Taylor agreed to pay £5000 rent due to delay in payment of our money.
