Longham Village Hall CIO  (1184310 

Just before the pandemic we setup Longham Village Hall CIO (1184310) which was to replace Longham Village Hall (232647). I noticed that when I filled in the annual return I got notification for both. I filled in the return for (232647) but felt it would be wrong to put the same information into (232647). 

On contacting the Charity Commission I was advised to fill in the form with 0’s, which is what I have done. 

We are in the process of completing the form to transfer all the assets over to (1184310)
