**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE SICKNESS AND TO PRESERVE THE HEALTH OF PATIENTS OF THE DAVENPORT HOUSE SURGERY AND FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF PEOPLE RESIDING OR WORKING IN THE GENERAL AREA OF HARPENDEN, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES, SUPPORT SERVICES, EQUIPMENT, TRAINING AND EDUCATION, NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE DOCTORS OR THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES.

**Activities:** Founded originally as a non-charitable Patient Participation Group (PPG) in 1992 we work with the Davenport House GP practice to a) influence the future policies and decisions of the practice b) improve the quality of services offered to patients of the practice c) improve communication and understanding between the doctors and members of the practice staff and the public that it serves.
