We provide support for people living with dementia and their carers within Daventry and Daventry District. The support comprises two 2-hour meetings each month. At the meetings activities take place to stimulate the brain, people can socialise, be entertained and have refreshments. Beneficiaries are also taken on outings. The trustees are aware that the charity as the data controller is responsible for ensuring that its response in the annual return service and the accounts and trustees' annual report meet its obligations under the General Data Protection Regulations 2016 and the Data Protection Act 2018 for all the personal data processed. I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. - **Independent** - **examiner's statement** I have completed my examination.
