**Objective and Activities–** The objective of the Gwernymynydd Village Centre is to provide a recreational Centre for residents of Gwernymynydd. It is used by: Village meetings, Community Council, Vegetable Coop, Pilate’s classes, Yoga Groups, U3A activities, Youth Club, Indoor Bowling etc. In addition to this the charity also produce a bimonthly village newsletter which provides news and information on what we as a community have to share with one another as well celebrating our achievements. 

**Achievement & Performances –** Each year the charity is able to provide a safe environment for the residents of Gwernymynydd and the general public. In addition to this we have been able to generate profit which will enable us to enhance the facilities that are currently available so we can strive to become one of the best village centres in the local area. By doing so will attract future users of the village centre and even potential residents. 

**Financial Review** – The charity income is generated through the hire of the Village Centre to residents of Gwernymynydd, the general public who wish to carry out an activity as well as in the form of grants from a variety of governing bodies such as Gwernymynydd Community Council. The charity expenditure is used in different ways but ultimately to provide an excellent facility for residents of Gwernymynydd as well as the general public to use to carry out an activity of their choice. This includes the upkeep, use of utilities, providing a Village Newsletter etc. 

**Structure, Governance and Management –** Gwernymynydd Village Centre is a charitable incorporated organisation (CIO) having been created in July 2019. The Trustees of Gwernymynydd Village Centre do this on a voluntary basis to ensure that they are represented and have a voice on how the village centre is operated and ensuring a safe environment is provided to the residents of Gwernymynydd and the general public. They are co-opted by the current trustees and assigned a trustee on agreement in which a declaration is signed confirming their responsibility as a trustee.
