**Objects:** THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION BY PROVIDING• SUPPORT TO, AND ENHANCEMENT OF, BISHOP WORDSWORTH’S SCHOOL FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL CHILDREN WHO ATTEND THE SCHOOL, INCLUDING CHILDREN. • GRANTS AND BURSARIES FOR UNIFORM, EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES AND TRANSPORT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THOSE CHILDREN WHO WOULD OTHERWISE BE UNABLE TO AFFORD SUCH THINGS.

**Activities:** Promote for the public benefit the improvement of access to Bishop Wordsworth's School by outreach to primary schools and provision of bursaries to encourage disadvantaged pupils to apply for admission and to support costs of uniform, extracurricular activities and transport.  Support the School through the provision of grants to improve the built environment , estate and educational experience.
