**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND PROTECT AND PRESERVE GOOD HEALTH OF SCHOOL PUPILS IN WILLOW HOUSE IN PARTICULAR BY: (1) IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIFE OPPORTUNITIES AND MENTAL HEALTH OF THE PUPILS;(2) ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES OR PROVIDING FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT WHICH SUPPORT THE SCHOOL, IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF ITS PUPILS OR CONTRIBUTE TO IMPROVING THEIR MENTAL HEALTH; (3) BUILDING AND MAINTAINING POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE STAFF, PARENTS, AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SCHOOL AND HOSPITAL.

**Activities:** The charity exists to advance the education of the pupils in CAMHS Phoenix School and to improve the quality of life opportunities and mental health of pupils by:- engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school, improve the quality of life of its pupils or contribute to improving their mental health; and- building and maintaining positive relationships.
