The Annual Meeting of the Trustees of the charity was held at 11 Elgar Way, West Sussex, RH13 6RH on 19 May 2026.

Aim and Purpose

The objectives of the charity remain as follows:

The objects of Holy Trinity Indian Orthodox Church Crawley are to advance the Christian religion and thereby help people follow Christian beliefs and grow spiritually, in order to create a spiritually enlightened and socially responsible society, especially among the Malayali communities in the United Kingdom, and to further such other general charitable purposes as the Trustees may determine from time to time for the benefit of society as a whole, especially, but not limited to, the Malayali communities in the United Kingdom.

Achievements and Activities

During the year ended 31 March 2025, the charity engaged in activities promoting the Christian faith through doctrines, culture, and beliefs.

The charity organised many regular activities including retreats, seminars, sacraments, night vigils, and other spiritual gatherings.

The Trustees are extremely grateful that many people across the United Kingdom supported the charity through generous donations towards funding its activities. The Trustees wholeheartedly thank all those who supported Holy Trinity Indian Orthodox Church Crawley in its endeavour to promote faith and spiritual growth.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/ 03/ 2025 .

Responsibilities and As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the basis of report accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
