Netherthong Communrty Parlnership is a Charitable Inc¥)rr￿[ab￿ OrganIsa￿on, w35 registered
with the Chanty Commission on 2rf Juty 2019. It is governed ty the Foundation MC￿e1 c￿StitU￿)n
which was adopted on 28th June 2019.
Recruitment and appolntment of new Tn￿teets
{1} Apart from the first d￿rity trustees, every tnjstee must be appointed for a term of three
year5 by a rexgijtion passed at a PfOFerly Lx)n¥ened ￿￿eting of the charity twstees.

During the year. Ihe Trustees have mel in pWs1￿ on 4 (XXXK￿S and 2 iointy with the Par￿h￿al
Church Council. ￿th the assistsnc* of a few volunteers, the Tnjstees have 0)ntinU￿ to develop and
promote the church buikjing (t4n￿nty use and organ* fundraisuig events, supw)rted by the
local communty.
A number ofevents have been hehl during the yearto #tIr￿1 thal rw1￿. NKknling a highty su￿sSful
quyz night and a labletop lo nK•ney fot the Ca)￿11￿1n￿ space. These have been well att￿d￿l
and enjoyed.
The Trttstees also put on several'bacon butty. rThJmThigs to rai%e funds and a ne4V monthty Soup and
san0￿1¢h ILTrnch, which is proving popukr wrih the kxal communty. The c£ynmunty Space also
hosted another very suceessfvl Chrt4mas Market whKh attracted large cr(rwds trom the local area
and beyond. gNing the opportunity to showcase l¢xal proJu¢e and C¥aftjar￿San stalls.
Thè communrty space ha5 been booked several kn.mes for private events such as chiKlr8n's part
and famity events. RegLtlar tcok.tngs such as art classes. the vill¥Je treaver and cub group and a local
theatre group have also continued. A weekty Dan￿ Fit dass c¥)mnEnced during the year but has
now stopped due to p￿1[ attendan￿. The weekly Yc#Ja class aLw finished due to unforeseen
reasons. However. the Trustees are IcK)king at other events lo commen(* in the next financial year.

including a game5 aftemoon, a regular'bacon and bJok5' afterrwn, as well as discu55ing the
POS5ibility of holding aduit education dasses ￿ ￿rkleeS coJneFI.
The Trustees have also held three charty curry nKJhts at the cJJrry house wh￿h have been well
supported by the community.
The Trustees would like to extend their thanks to all the vcAunteers who have helped in any way wÉth
events and the votunteer gardening events.

ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE
Work continues to improve the communty Sp￿ tx)th rnside and ouiside. Voltjnteer days have l)een
held during the year to Cut back foliage and create a better-lookn.ng outside area. However. with the
wet ¢Ondrt￿nS during the eaty part of the year. rt has ￿en challeroing for the professional arKI
volunteer learns lo keep up to scmne of the gvrywth. New planlers have been pla￿d at the entran￿ to
the Cx)mmunty space to enhance the kN)k of the area.
Some of the Trustees met the bxal MP WI￿ exwessed vrillingness to help look at fvnding
avenues and stsbsequenuy provided advi￿ for fUttj￿ funding projects and granl applications. The
Trustees Gonb"nue to explore these areas. A new banner has bew) plawj in a prominent position to
adverbse the ￿Mmunity space and a del￿ated email set up for ¢ontacL The Trustees reviewed the
current outdated NCP webstte and the decision was maje to tske thi% down to a¥0￿ extra running
costs wrth the aim ofdeveloping a sImp￿r Work on this is ongcmng.
Trustees have n*t with the kKal authority atKyrt trees *ryth TPOS imp*'ng uwn the buiklln￿pathwaY
and n￿ssary permissions obtained to aklress these issues. The Trustees con#"nue to woth wrth the
diocese to obtain nttessary pemiissK)ns to renovate areas ofthe ¢ommunty Spa￿ and this has
proved drfficult at tr.mes due to the taken. H(74vever, TThslees are wntinuing to addre&8 thi8 and
apply for grants to assist wth th￿ wor
Quolalions are being obtainett to clear the guttering whth has c4used water ingress. Intemally,
quolats'ons have teen obtained to replaster and make goryj parts of the intemal walls and ajtar area.

FINANCIAL REVIEW
None of the trustees received any payrrtnt for dutses ￿ personal eX￿nSes. Expenses for goc#ts
bought for events ¢y projects were repakl.
Nel receipts for the yearwere £14,392.03. Thi5 included £1.819 from the Ciicketets Harvest
Home ayGtion. Expendrture ts the year was £5.669.03. Funds at year end were £18,170.49.
Reserves policy
The charity has not adopted a formal reserves polrcy as ft considers that there are no actual or
foreseeable circumstan￿ when such a reserve woukl be needed.
