The Foundation has entered Into multi-year non-commltted programrnes wlth grantees nd, in accordance wlth the Charltle5 SORP, the Foundatlon recognise5 the total value of those programmes in the year in which the legal obligation was agreed. The Foundation held total unresiricted lunds of USD 6,957,428 as at 31 December 2021. The Trustee had set-up a reserve pollcy in 2020 and established that there was no need to malntain a hlgh level of reserves into NNS Foundation. By sake of p¥udency, the Trustee however decided to maintaSn ? mlnlrnum level of reserve to cover at least one year ol accountancy and professional fees.
